Can i test the presets before buying?
Yes. Please send 1 - 3 RAW images to hello@tomwyatt.co.uk and I will edit them for you. Please note that by sending me your images you are allowing me to share them on my educational Instagram page. Your work will be credited.
Do you offer refunds?
No, since this is a digital product all sales are final. If you've tried them on multiple images and are still unhappy with the results, please reach out to me at hello@tomwyatt.co.uk and I'll be happy to have a chat.
How do i receive the presets?
Within a few minutes you'll receive a download link to the email address that you provide. The link will expire after being used twice or after 24 hours.
Which version of lightroom are they compatible with?
The presets are in XMP format so will work with Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, as well as Adobe Camera RAW. You must be running Lightroom Classic version 7.3 or above. They are also compatible with mobile on the Adobe Lightroom mobile app.
Do the presets work on jpegs?
Yes, however they are intended for RAW images. Whilst you can edit JPEGs, a lot of data is lost in the image meaning you will struggle to edit them effectively.
